BUILDING SYSTEMS OF ORGANIZATIONAL MEASURES TO PROVIDE INNOVATION CLUSTERS DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The development and implementation of structured, functionally coordinated mechanisms for the organization and development of clusters of enterprises should be considered as one of the ways of increasing competitiveness of the national economy. The features of functioning of clusters as a means of innovation-oriented restructuring of the national economy are investigated. The recommendations for implementing a coherent system of measures that will create a favourable economic and legal framework for the development of clusters, taking into account relevant sectoral and regional specificities.
