DIAGNOSTICS OF APPLICATION OF INSTRUMENTS TO MANAGEMENT VALUES OF PROJECTS IN THE SPHERE OF ELECTRICAL SUPPLY

Abstract

The article is devoted to the diagnostics of the use of the existing tool base for managing the value of projects at enterprises that carry out their economic activities in the area of providing electricity services on the territory of Kyiv and Kyiv region. The main positive changes are identified as a consequence of the use of tools to identify and secure the value expectations of key stakeholders in the project creation process and in the project management process.
