THE MODERN TRENDS IN MERGERS AND ACQISITIONS IN THE CORPORATE SECTOR OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY

Abstract

The article describes the current trend of mergers and acquisitions in the corporate sector of the national economy. Proved that the imbalance of interests and, as a result, conflicts between stock market participants do not contribute to the efficiency of equity, its mobility, the restoration of the national economy. It is shown that in the corporate sector of the national economy becomes urgent problem of improving corporate legislation, which should be the basis for a code of ethics in the practice of corporate relations.
