COMPETENCES OF HR-SPECIALIST IN THE DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES ERA

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of modern trends in the management of the human capital. On the basis of the study is a list of competencies of a modern HR specialist, which are necessary for the effective implementation of work activities in the digital technologies era. The results of the author’s sociological research are show needed in the professional activities of the HR manager qualities and knowledge, as well as the competencies that are necessary in the era of digitalization, have been identified.
