METHODOLOGICAL RESOURCES OF SCIENTIFIC KNOWLEDGE OF FINANCIAL SECURITY OF JOINT STOCK COMPANIES

Abstract

The deals with the systematization of the main methodological approaches to the scientific knowledge of financial security of joint stock companies. The author proved that the most appropriate in the course of scientific knowledge of financial security of corporate structures are using the systemic, synergetic and communicative paradigms. The article outlines the features and principles of such methodological approaches, as well as reveals their forms of manifestation in the study of financial safety of joint stock companies.
