THE CONCEPT OF FORMING THE MECHANISM OF REGULATION OF THE MARKET OF CORPORATE SECURITIES

Abstract

The article is devoted to the development of the concept of forming a mechanism for regulating the corporate securities market. The principles, purpose, tasks and methods of regulation of the corporate securities market are proposed. It is proved that in accordance with the concept, the implementation of the objectives can be achieved using a mechanism that includes: infrastructure support of the functioning of the corporate securities market, providing market support for the functioning of the corporate securities market, and methodological support for the functioning of the corporate securities market.
