CONCEPTUAL ASPECTS OF ECONOMIC MECHANISM OF ECONOMIC SUBJECTS OF ECONOMICS IN THE CONDITIONS OF DEVELOPMENT OF NEOINDUSTRIALIZATION

Abstract

In the article is considered essence of concept "Economic mechanism". The concept of economic mechanism gives more extended idea about forming and development of economic process. The effective mechanisms of management of subjects, economy are systematized. The mechanisms of menage take into account the level of menage, type of the economic system of country, environment of functioning, feet of reaction on the factors of influence.Сonception of strategic development of the combined economic potential of productive and economic activity is offered. Conception includes: estimation of potential, estimation of management level, estimation of interior economic mechanisms, strategic tendencies and dynamics of development and other constituents.Potential of productive and economic activity is structured and the mechanisms of development of its non-material and quality constituent are determined. Productive and economic potential is presented as two economic activity: material and quantitative, non-material and quality. It is well-proven that intellectual (human capital), innovative, marketing and administrative potential and mechanisms of their development are the basic vector of subjects of economy in a neoindustrial economy.
