CONCEPTUAL PROVISIONS OF RESOURCE-SAVING MANAGEMENT AT ENTERPRISES OF RAILWAY TRANSPORT

Abstract

The article investigates the theoretical basis of resource saving. The evolutionary progress in the disclosure of the content of this scientific category is studied.  Modern approaches to the definition of the essence-content characteristics of the concept of "resource saving"are analyzed. The content of activity-instrumental, functional, process, effective and system-complex approaches is revealed. As a synthesis identified system-integrated direction. The author's interpretation of the concept "resource saving at the enterprises of railway transport"is provided. The main aspects of resource-saving activity at the enterprises of railway industry are defined. The conceptual provisions of resource saving management at the enterprises of railway transport are formed. The principles of resource saving management are systematized in the following directions: general, functional, specific. The object and subject, the purposes and tasks of management of resource saving at the enterprises of railway branch are found out. The tools of resource saving management at the enterprises of railway transport are substantiated.
