THE PRINCIPLES OF FORMING AND USING A RESOURCE CONCEPTION IN STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT BY A PROCESSING ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The article explores the development strategic priorities of processing enterprises that are based on the usage of the resource management conception. It was underlined the structural-logical layout of constructing the resource conception of the processing enterprise and the tools for strategic management of the resources of the processing enterprise. Here is proposed the author’s understanding of the resource conception according to which the main attention is paid not to the behavior of competitors and the industry state, but to the strengths and weaknesses of the processing enterprise.
