Abstract

In the article the questions of increase of efficiency of managerial decision-making in the management system of the enterprise. The diversity of forms and approaches to the implementation of the decision-making processes weekly repents is a necessity for their systematization and selection of sets of methods that would be better solved specific problems in the existing conditions of time and resource constraints.
