STATE REGULATION AS A FACTOR IN THE EFFECTIVE FUNCTIONING OF THE NATIONAL TRANSPORT SYSTEM

Abstract

The article is devoted to the issues of state regulation in the transport and road complex. The main functions of the state with regard to the regulation of the national economic system are considered and the features of state regulation in the transport sector are determined. It is noted that one of the main tasks of public administration in the transport sector is to create a favorable climate for the productive development of all modes of transport in order to ensure the effective and reliable functioning of the national economy.
