LOAN POSSIBILITIES OF TERRITORIAL COMMUNITIES IN THE CONTEXT OF DECENTRALIZATION PROCESSES

Abstract

The article considers the role of local borrowing in the financial support of the united territorial communities. The essence and features of the functioning of the Institute of local borrowing in the context of decentralization processes are analyzed. The classification groupings of borrowings of territorial communities according to separate characteristics are proposed. An analysis of the dynamics of borrowings of territorial communities in Ukraine according to the structure of their sources was carried out.
