Abstract

The article is devoted to the research of the basic principles of the organizational mechanism of management of the innovative potential of a commercial bank in modern economic conditions.  The model of diagnostics of the innovative potential of a commercial bank is considered, according to which, the innovation potential contains three blocks: intellectual, technological and informational.  The main goals of the Bank's innovative capacity management process are also highlighted.
