OPPORTUNISTIC BEHAVIOR OF PERSONNEL: DISSOLUTION INDICATOR OF ENTERPRISE SOCIO-ECONOMIC EXCLUSION

Abstract

In the article the signs revealing of opportunistic personnel behavior of the enterprise are offered, the main forms it are determined, which are indicators of the level of socio-economic exclusion distribution of the enterprise. The directions of evaluation of the enterprise’s readiness for interaction are determined; the classification of levels of exclusion is characterized depending on the extent of their distribution and the extent of coverage of production and socio-economic processes. The phenomenon of leadership accumulation capital is characterized, and leadership as a social and economic phenomenon for the enterprise. The general and special conditions of revitalization of processes of social and economic exclusion of the enterprise are determined.
