ASSOCIATIONS OF OWNERS OF MULTI-QUARTER HOUSES AS SUBJECTS OF UPDATES OF THE HOUSING STOCK

Abstract

The results of scientific papers devoted to problems of renovation of a housing stock are analyzed. The features of renovation of a dwelling house using the funds of associations of co-owners of multi-apartment buildings are illustrated. The ratio for determining the total expenses of participants in associations of co-owners of multi-apartment buildings for renovation of a residential building and the size of annual contributions to the maintenance fund of this organization, depending on the actual period of use of the house also is proposed.
