Abstract

The article deals with issues of reasonable production organization through the use of in-house production reserves, efficiency of manufacture resources consumption, ie from internal factors and consumer needs. To increase the level of operative management of the efficiency of the enterprise manufacture processes it is offered to use a resource-cost approach. It was proved that there is a necessity to pay more attention to a detail investigation of "cost of resources" category influence on the manufacture volumes and products selling.  Based on the example of ore-mining enterprise activity it has been found that some possible options of expenses reduce and financial result increasing from enterprise manufacture activities through operational-oriented volume distribution should be taken into the consideration. It is shown that the improvement of situational management of operational-oriented iron ore raw materials distribution on the ore mining enterprise will create conditions for increasing its efficiency.
