Abstract

The article reveals the essence of such economic phenomenon as the state budget expenditures. The key problems related to the state budget expenditures in Ukraine are highlighted. The review of the dynamics of public procurement of goods and services in Ukraine is carried out. The recommendations for improving the efficiency of state expenditures as an instrument of the state's impact on the economy are developed.
