FORMATION OF ENTERPRISE QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN THE CONTEMPORARY ECONOMY

Abstract

The article analyzes the essence of the concept of «quality» and the theoretical quality management questions. The features of the quality management system of enterprise and determined its major subsystems. The main factors of improving the quality of production are identified, the main problems of the development and implementation of quality management systems at enterprises are described and ways of overcoming them are described.
