PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT: THEORETICAL ASPECTS FOR THE PROJECT TEAM BUILDING

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of personnel management theoretical aspects in the project activity of an industrial enterprise, organization, etc. in the context of the project team building. The theoretical and methodological features of the project team building are considered. The need to ensure the proper motivation of the team members is determined. Attention is focused on ensuring the personnel security of the business entity and the appropriateness of taking into account the influence of its components on the project team’s work productivity. It is noted that the theoretical and methodological framework for managing project teams requires a systematic analysis, taking into account the achievements of scientists, specialists, experience gained by practitioners, the current trends in personnel management.
