MODERN TRENDS OF THE THEORY AND PRACTICE OF STRATEGIC PLANNING IN THE CORPORATE GOVERNANCE SYSTEM

Abstract

The article is devoted to the research of scientific and practical bases of construction and use of strategic planning in the corporate governance system of enterprises. Definitions of the basic scientific definitions, such as: corporate governance, corporatization and strategic planning, are formed. The parameters of influence on the construction of the strategic planning system are outlined and the components of strategic planning are systematized with their division into theoretical and practical approaches.
