RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN STAGE OF LIFE CYCLE OF COMPANY AND TYPE OF ITS ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE

Abstract

The article deals with the study and analysis of relationship between stages of organization’s life cycle and dominance of corresponding type of its organizational culture. Details of organizational culture of company at each stage of company’s life cycle are analyzed. Based on the identified key characteristics of organizational culture that are inherent in organizational culture at each stage of life cycle of organization, an appropriate type of organizational culture is defined (W. Ouchi’s classification).
