Abstract

In modern conditions, the organization of remuneration is a complex and multilevel process in which the interests of all subjects of social and labor relations (workers, employers, the state) are intertwined, market and non-market mechanisms of its formation and regulation. Improving the organization of remuneration on the basis of a more effective combination of market and non-market mechanisms is a priority task of state policy.
