EUROPEAN EXPERIENCE OF STATE FINANCIAL CONTROL INSTITUTIONALIZATION

Abstract

In the article is substantiated the need for modernization of the system of state financial control in Ukraine. A comparative analysis of the existing institutional models of state financial control in Europe is carried out. The institutional and organizational problems of the state financial control in Ukraine are revealed and ways of overcoming them are offered on the basis of the implementation of European experience.
