NORMATIVE-LEGAL REGULATION BASIS OF THE URBAN PASSENGER TRANSPORT SYSTEM AND THE POSSIBILITIES OF ITS INNOVATION DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

In the article the regulatory and legal principles of regulation of the system of urban passenger transport in Ukraine are considered and analyzed. On the example of pan-European tendencies in the field of urban transport management, the content and value, as well as the impact on the functioning of the transport policy system, have been identified and clarified. In the course of the research it was determined how the main current problems in this area, as well as the possibilities of its innovation development. As a conclusion, ways of optimizing the legal functioning of urban passenger transport are proposed, taking into account the domestic and foreign experience of European countries.
