FACTORS OF INFLUENCE ON JOINT-STOCK CAPITAL STRUCTURE

Abstract

The sources and factors of formation of joint-stock capital of the enterprises were studied, on the basis of which a schematic model of the influence of various factors on the structure of the share capital of the enterprise was constructed; the main components of the joint-stock company's capital and its structure are determined; an improved definition of the structure of equity capital was proposed.
