Abstract

The current research is devoted to the problem of effective personnel planning of trading enterprises. The article is presented to the practical research of the trading company LLC “Epicenter K”, during which the possibility of solving the problems identified in the planning of the personnel of the organization is considered. The complex of actions and measures for effective implementation of optimization measures of planning and use of personnel is determined.
