THE MODEL OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE UNITED TERRITORIAL COMMUNITIES

Abstract

The article is researched to the development of the united territorial communities. Considering the multifaceted nature of the functioning of the communities, a methodical approach to the construction of a development model is proposed, which assumes its evaluation on the basis of certain constituent elements: self-sufficiency, employment, education, health, culture and remuneration. The elements of the development of the communities have been ranked with the purpose of identifying the weak and strong sides, and, accordingly, the development of means of supporting the underdeveloped areas of the functioning of the communities and ensuring the stability of the positive influence of the advantages.
