THE MODERN PROBLEMS OF ECONOMIC FUNCTIONING IN OPEN GLOBAL ENVIRONMENT

Abstract

The Problems and contradiction of global economic development processes and their influence on development of national economy are researched. Certainly, that deepening of antagonism between global expansion of TNCs and national economic sovereignty of the world countries is one of scale and peracute contradictions of globalization which forces every country to search the “natural” place in the system of international relations. The basic problems of including of Ukraine are analysed in the processes of globalization, in particular, increase of competitiveness of economy and efficiency of state management, lag of effective reforms, in to normatively legal to the system, contradictory activity of TNCs, transition necessity from procurement – sale to investment-production model of organization of external economic connections.
