MANAGEMENT OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURAL TERRITORIES IN DECENTRALIZATION CONDITIONS

Abstract

The article outlines the current state of the rural territories, the main tendencies in the conditions of the administrative-territorial reform. It is substantiated that the choice of an effective approach to the management of territorial development depends on the theoretical  and practical recognition of the advantages of different approaches known in world practice. The isolated approaches to the management of innovative development of rural areas in the conditions of decentralization are municipal, territorial and systemic. We have proved that increasing the efficiency of management of innovative development of rural areas is possible in terms of expanding the powers of the joint territorial communities in the redistribution of resources and management levers.
