Abstract

The article analyzes the revenues from the lease of state property at the state and regional levels over the last ten years. The basic tendencies of rent payments growth and the formation of demand for the purchase of objects by tenants are determined. The tools of state policy are provided which ensure the rational use of state property in the procedure of lease. The relationship between privatization and lease processes at the regional level is proved.
