АNALYSIS OF FUNDAMENTAL FACTORS OF DISTRIBUTION THE POVERTY IN UKRAINE AND WAYS OF ITS EXTENSION

Abstract

The article is devoted to the definition and analysis of the main reasons for spreading poverty in Ukraine and the development of recommendations for overcoming it. The reasons of the decline of living standards in Ukraine in recent years have been analyzed, the analysis of the dynamics of indicators of the level of welfare compared with the nearest neighbors has been carried out. It is concluded that the existing mechanism of social protection is ineffective, and the spread of poverty poses a threat to the security of the state. Proposed to prevent monetary poverty first of all rely on measures and tools of active employment policy through the expansion of employment opportunities for able-bodied persons; more efficient functioning of the labor market; ensuring decent and fair remuneration for
work; introduction of a system of redistribution of incomes, which will help to reduce inequality.
