THE ANALYSIS OF LABOR MIGRATION PROCESSES IMPACT ON DEMOGRAPHIC SITUATION IN UKRAINE

Abstract

The article considers the state of labor migration in Ukraine, analyzes the dynamics and essence of emigration and immigration processes at the present time. It also considers the labor migration on a quantitative basis, level of education and sphere of employment. The geographical orientation of labor migration has been carried out, the reasons of such distribution are revealed. The dynamics and importance of revenues from abroad have been analyzed. The influence of these transfers on the welfare of migrant families and on the economy of the country as a whole is proved. The factors of influence on labor migration and its consequences are determined.
