ADMINISTRATIVE BARRIERS TO COMPETITION IN UKRAINE

Abstract

The article analyzes the level of administrative barriers for the development of economic competition in Ukraine, based on the cost
approach, and studies the trends of their changes since 2003. For each type of barrier, an explanation is given of its negative impact on
competition and the effectiveness of market self-regulation. Proposals for minimizing the size of administrative barriers to the minimum
required level have been developed.
