MIGRATION PROBLEMS: THE SYSTEM DYNAMICS MODEL

Abstract

The article investigates the structural relationships between macroeconomic indicators of the Ukrainian labor market that form migration flows in different directions. The model of system dynamics has been developed. The simulation modeling take into account causal and inverse cyclic relationships between migration and a number of factors. In particular, the importance of the influences in the differences between the average wages, the levels of unemployment, living standards, GDP per capita in Ukraine and abroad has been substantiated.
