МОНІТОРИНГ ТОРГІВЛІ АГРАРНОЮ ПРОДУКЦІЄЮ МІЖ УКРАЇНОЮ ТА ЄС В КОНТЕКСТІ НЕОЛІБЕРАЛЬНОГО ІНСТИТУЦІОНАЛІЗМУ

У статті досліджено моніторинг торгівлі аграрною продукцією між Україною та Європейським Союзом через призму неоліберального інституціоналізму. В умовах повномасштабної війни, трансформації логістичних маршрутів, зміни режимів доступу до ринку ЄС, посилення ролі санітарних, фітосанітарних, тарифних і нетарифних інструментів, моніторинг аграрної торгівлі набуває значення не лише статистичного спостереження, а й інституційного механізму координації економічної взаємодії. Неоліберальний інституціоналізм розглядається як теоретична рамка, що дозволяє пояснити, чому стабільність торговельних потоків між Україною та ЄС залежить від протоколів, процедур, інформаційної прозорості, міжнародних зобов’язань, механізмів адаптації та багаторівневого врядування. У межах цього підходу міжнародні інституції та режими не усувають конфліктність інтересів, однак знижують невизначеність, формують передбачувані правила поведінки та створюють умови для кооперації.
