ДЕРЖАВНЕ УПРАВЛІННЯ В СИСТЕМІ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ СТАЛОГО РОЗВИТКУ НАЦІОНАЛЬНОЇ ЕКОНОМІКИ

У статті досліджено особливості сучасного державного управління в умовах ринкової економіки з урахуванням стратегічних орієнтирів сталого розвитку України. Проаналізовано теоретичні підходи до регулювання економіки − кейнсіанство, неолібералізм, монетаризм, інституціоналізм − та визначено можливості їх адаптації до національних умов. Обґрунтовано необхідність переходу до результативного управління із застосуванням бюджетування, орієнтованого на результати, що забезпечує ефективний зв’язок між використанням ресурсів і досягненням соціально-економічних та екологічних цілей. Розкрито роль держави як гармонізатора ринкових механізмів, соціальних інтересів та екологічної відповідальності. Наголошено на важливості інституційних реформ, вдосконалення систем моніторингу та інтеграції Цілей сталого розвитку ООН у державну політику України.
