ФОРМУВАННЯ КОНЦЕПТУАЛЬНОЇ МОДЕЛІ СТРАТЕГІЧНОГО УПРАВЛІННЯ СТАЛИМ РОЗВИТКОМ ТОРГІВЛІ ЗАЛІЗОРУДНОЮ СИРОВИНОЮ УКРАЇНИ

Статтю присвячено розробленню та обґрунтуванню концептуальної моделі стратегічного управління сталим розвитком торгівлі залізорудною сировиною України в умовах глобальної екологічної трансформації. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена посиленням міжнародного кліматичного регулювання, запровадженням механізму CBAM та підвищенням вимог до екологічної й соціальної відповідальності суб’єктів зовнішньоекономічної діяльності. Запропоновано багаторівневу архітектуру управління (державний, корпоративний, операційний рівні), що реалізується через чотири взаємопов’язані блоки – аналітичний, планувальний, імплементаційний та моніторинговий. Модель забезпечує синергію державної політики й корпоративних стратегій, сприяє підвищенню експортної резильєнтності, технологічній модернізації та переходу до низьковуглецевої економіки.
