РЕГІОНАЛЬНА ТОВАРНА БІРЖА БІОМАСИ ЯК ІНСТИТУЦІЙНИЙ ІНСТРУМЕНТ РОЗВИТКУ ЦИРКУЛЯРНОЇ БІОЕКОНОМІКИ УКРАЇНИ

У статті досліджено теоретико-методичні та прикладні засади створення регіональної товарної біржі біомаси як ключового інституційного інструменту розвитку циркулярної біоекономіки України. Обґрунтовано, що сучасний ринок біомаси характеризується фрагментарністю, орієнтацією на енергетичний сегмент та високими трансакційними витратами. На основі аналізу міжнародних практик Baltpool, MBioEX та APXENDEX визначено перспективні напрями інтеграції біржових, логістичних та сертифікаційних механізмів. Запропоновано модель біржі, що забезпечує прозорість контрактування, стандартизацію якості та ефективне управління ресурсними потоками. Доведено, що її впровадження сприятиме розвитку біоінновацій, розширенню спектра використання біомаси та посиленню інвестиційної привабливості регіонів.
